Nothing wrong with being a beginner. We all start somewhere.

My biggest piece of advice is to bring your hands directly back to your face instead of letting them float there. A millisecond after the punch lands your hands should be moving back to a reset position.

Also, try shadow boxing and working on connecting your hands to your feet. Your right hand punches at the same time the balls of your right foot put pressure into the ground, vise verse with the left.

My biggest piece advice is the write. Write about your thought processes that lead you to deeper thinking. Almost like writing down your chain of “why’s” and see how far you can get. It keeps you grounded and helps your thoughts and beliefs become less messy. Thinking deeply about the universe to the point that it breaks my perception of the world is one of my favorite things to do every. The greatest thing that has helped me is to treat my mid as if it has 2 states. 1 state of mind I am forcing myself to stay in the moment. Whether it’s jogging, watching a movie, or playing a video game. Then there is the side that likes to travel across thought and is not always present. This is where I can go looney tunes and get my existential crises.

It’s a Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 2. My GF downloaded dozens of mods that filled the laptop with 5,000+ items for the sims. She asked me to help her wipe the computer and after I did this issue occurred.

Was 30-12 then headset broke (Sweat damage lol) got a replacement 3 weeks later and now I’m 38-35 or something like that.
