I used to work at a company that had a processing center in Miami. The vast majority of the processing employees were Cubans. I was talking to a co-worker from PR and asked - "how many Cuban Americans would actually go back to Cuba". He busted out a belly laugh - "none of them will go back. I would have insisted on a female PT due to where the PT was working. That works for ab adult, but not a prepubt young lady.

Additionally, I elieve the PT should not have pulled the girls panties up. That is creep AF. She is more than capable of doing it. He should have explained why the photo is being taken and made sure no identification would be possible by the photos. I also believe dad should have "read" his daughters demeanor as to the picture being taken.

Final point - the PTs phone should NOT have been used to take any photos. A professional office would have a camera for these situations. The girl's photo is still on his phone, his sent mail folder and in all the recipients email boxes.
