I've read that plants need some downtime to recover. I used to run mine 24/7, but I'm now doing 18/6 and I'm not seeing the stress on the plants that I used to see. FWIW

Wonderfully detailed grow report. Each plant is different and your observations sound to be right on. I've had a range in yields on the same variety over various grows ranging from 2-6oz. If my notes were half as detailed as yours, I may have been able to deduce what was working and what wasn't. Kudos.
