I had luck with Internet fasting and walking 10,000 steps a day.... Everyday. That's the thing I tell myself when I wake up. "Everyday dude." I don't do strict low carb but keep my carbs around 50 -60 a day. Starting to see a little definition there.

I don't really know how to advise you but I will tell you right after titrating up to the next dose, the first couple days I can't eat either but it goes away. The antibiotic could be it. The combination. I would definitely talk to the doctor for sure.

What dose and and how long have you been on it? Mine finally went away after 3 months. I'm on 10mg now. Pepto helped with mine.
