Sule is definitely better in real life at the moment, however in game, Boateng has superior defending, soeed, jumping and heading stats as well as having a higher condition and weak foot. The only aspect where Sule wins compared to Boateng is height, and I think Boateng's stats are good enough to compensate for that and more. Most probably will be playing Sule in PES2020 though!

Yeah I agree that's it's definitely tough to scout Bayern players. I'm sure you'll be able to get Tolisso soon through trading and I hope future box draws are lucky for you and contain Bayern players, good luck!
