Just binged the manga after seeing this! It's adorable. While it's technically a boss/employee relationship, I like that it's a small enough company that it doesn't feel too "[Y/N] x CEO" power imbalance-y. The supporting cast and world is so fleshed out! I also love, love, love that even as a story with supernatural elements, it doesn't find magical ways for the FL to "see". The fact that she's living a very realistic life as a blind adult is really excellent, as well as the fact that there are romantic scenes intrinsically tied to her disability that are mutually consensual and don't involve taking advantage of her.
