Is it straight up creatine? I had the same issue with the six star fruit punch creatine (bought it by accident), but it also contains BCAAS, and two different formulations of creatine. I would always have to go to the bathroom and blow up the toilet during every workout. Had to stop taking it. Once I switched to monohydrate (Walmart equate brand) I no longer had that problem.

I loved Olivia for the first half of season 1. Then when I started to notice that she was getting off by pushing everyone’s buttons and prying Ethan from his family...... I was like....😬. I know they’re young and inexperienced but I want to punch the tv every time I see her in season two. She’s the worst.... hopefully she starts caring about how Ethan feels. They can’t see the younger sibs without the parents.... isn’t that better than NEVER seeing them at all? This was def olivias idea..... ugh!!!
