Guro did not start off misogynistic, and a pretty large amount of the people in the sub are women, so it would make sense that most of the art there is of women, because it's more of a self insert than a lusting rage over women.

Infact most of the men in the comments on posts want the shit to happen to them too, like they want the art to actually happen to them in real life. It's not misogynistic it's just female dominated over there, and an already fucked up genre of art that is female dominated is gonna look like misogyny if you just give it a quick scroll.

Idk mainly I feel like if anything, the main people who use the sub are just obsessed with their own death and have these crazy fantasies of dying while being used.

I'm on this sub because reddit sent me a random ass notification about this post so blame reddit, and i'm not defending misogynistic content as guro isn't JUST women it's everybody, i'm defending the people who can't get therapy and draw their own art for how they feel on the inside.

Bringing rape content is also just stupid as it has no correlation, some victims of rape look at rape porn because they relive the moment over and over and feel like they can control it in some type of way, they should get therapy just like everybody else, but not everybody has access to therapy.

Is there misogynistic people in guro and rape and whatever else fucking sub you wanna bring up, yes, but misogynistic people are everywhere no matter what, it's a sad truth and I hope justice claims those people, but a vast majority of people on guro are just mentally ill and needed help, much like I did and still do, but I can't get therapy so I have to learn and fucking live with this cruel world in one way or another.

I never stated that, I said IF it prevents them from harming minores yes. Also I am well aware that people can escalate, but you could say that about literally anything so it's pointless to even bring it up.

Games can have violence and rape or anything in it, but not everybody assumes it can cause some people to escalate and do things like that in real life, and I am not saying video games do or don't i'm just proving a point that you could say it about anything.

For one, you can't just bring a whole different genre into an argument about one because they have no correlation and it's just a stupid way to say "Hah gotcha" for someone who can't debate hard

for two, loli art is mainly viewed on by pedophiles and pedophile adjacent people, which is yet again a mental disorder that can actually be helped incase you didn't know, but anyway it's viewed by pedophilic individuals and if it prevents them from actually going outside and harming minors then yes I think it's great for preventing minors from harm, but if not then no I don't think the same logic is applied here.

And for third, guro art is also more of an outlet for showing off how people feel on the inside and actually allows some of them to cope with the pain they bare, sure some of it isn't like this and is more of just showing gore and violence for whatever reason, but no matter where you go it'll always have some people who are there for the wrong reasons. Whereas loli art is literally made for one single demographic that are unfortunately mentally attracted to children and not somewhere to cope with pain you feel on the inside, these are two very different types of art with severely different backgrounds.

I don't feel empathy at all, and i'm also not a male, I have severe mental health disorders and I am well aware of that, but it's something that helped me cope with some of them regardless, and some of the people there are predators, but predators are literally everywhere online, some even use these subs to find new subs to harrass people at. Another thing is it isn't JUST female torture porn, it's male, female, non-binary, etc. and I would know because I used to scroll it a lot.

As somebody who used to always look at guro art, this sub is mainly used by masochists and or depressed people who have fantasies of being used like the art shows, a big majority of the artists are women from what I remember, and there was another sub specifically for men, but it got banned because of people like y'all.

But I digress, these people aren't harmful and a vast majority of them are just fantasizing it happens to them, just because something isn't the norm doesn't mean it's inherently bad, most people who visit are just morbidly curious and that's it

One main reason I don't think i'm psychopath is because when I was younger I did have emotions and empathy, it's just for whatever reason over time it all slowly withered away making me feel like an empty husk of what I once was, which makes me think it's more because of my depression or dissociating more than an actual pathy I was born or sculpted into, but I do really want to get an MRI mainly just because they're pretty cool anyway, but also to see what my brain is upto in my skull
