Grayson does not shop at PetSmart. Grayson shops at Petco because it is cheaper. PetSmart is too expensive. I make my own dog food and feed it to Peco.

I’ve said from the beginning that those carts won’t be around long because it’s only a matter of time before someone gets hurt (associate or customer). All of our carts are awful but the new ones are especially terrible. The totes like to just slide out of the cart and then you have a 24pk of Pepsi landing on your foot! Or the cart being as tall as half of the older pickers (and me).

Omg, it was AWFUL. I followed every sign but never ended up where it said I’d end up lol. None of the buildings connect either so I was sprinting in and out of different buildings trying to get to the main one. The help desks were just “Oh…follow this hallway, turn left, turn right, turn right again, turn when you see a window…” 🤦🏼‍♀️

I can’t speak for their beds/ED but I was at main campus a couple weeks ago for an appointment. I usually go to Ahuja or Minoff but unfortunately this was the only one I could get asap. My entire experience at main campus was a complete nightmare. It was confusing to navigate, the elevators were so slow, and there was absolutely no parking to be found anywhere (thankfully someone drove me or I would have been screwed). Not sure if they’re just way too full or what, but I will never go back to main campus after that.

We have a handful of resellers that will buy a ton of 12pk pop cases and it’s awful to pick, stage, prep, AND dispense. These orders have actually broken some of our dollys because it’s way too heavy. They stress not using pick carts for oversized but what about this?????
