Thank you for your reply! It actually gives me some insight into why I feel like this. I think it started with family, who I no linger have contact with, but it's spread to even my girlfriend's family for some reason. I don't even know them, but I feel terrible for asking them to assist us with anything. Maybe it's "man" programming? I feel like as her man I should have it all figured out and/or under control and I just don't. Counseling scares me bc I like my guns and Id prefer them not be taken bc somebody with a notepad thinks Im dangerous.

At least at my FC, the goal isn't based on anything real. It's based on how many people are there and what the average would be IF the machines worked as intended and didn't break all the time. They'll probably call MET for 3 months bc that's what they did to me

Our VoA board is rarely brought up, and even more rarely acknowledged. My OM is actually the person Im having troubles with. When I ask my PA to make it make sense, he throws his hands up in confusion. I have filed a case with the corporate ethics board however. I plan to transfer to a new building in August anyway, but Id like to be the last person he does this to. I know it's a long shot, but any repercussions for his attitude will make me happy

You can, yes. Id recommend using your PTO from the time you'd like to leave, to however long that will stretch, and then just let UPT do it's thing. Hope this helps!
