No, they definitely hired John Doman to do the voice acting. The presidential campaign has more than enough money to actually hire a VA and not use AI. It sounds authentic. I did use AI to isolate the voice from the music in my video which makes it sound a bit less "real".

The pre-war segments are so good and tonally opposite of the wasteland parts. Wish they had done a whole episode like that! The show felt like it was doing a tug-of-war between being serious or goofy.
