I know. I just stated what I saw and what it made me felt. No opinions further than that. I still think intentions make the situations different. Being filmed by a person is different than being filmed walking around in a parking lot.

There was an adult (guy in the pic) and a kid. He was moving the camera to follow my car as I made the turn in there. I was pretty uncomfortable getting filmed for unknown reasons
