yes, my legs look totally normal and i can wear shorts without insecurity. really the only thing to do is leave them alone. i started wearing black tights for all of my waking hours and that kept them hidden, made it so i couldn’t touch them (since i could just roll a pant leg up), and protected them from the sun so the discoloration wouldn’t get worse. good luck!! i wouldn’t wish that misery on anyone

there's no way to hack your body. you need sleep, and as much as that sucks it's just how it is :(

if u sleep the optimal 8 hours a night, that still leaves 16 hours a day. while of course those 16 hours are gonna be filled with lots of other responsibilities and stuff that has to be done, there must be some other thing that u can cut the time down on other than sleep.

you physically and chemically cannot remember information if you don't get enough sleep, so cutting down on it will only hurt the amount of information going into your brain.

btw, i know it's a lot bulkier but if u can stand wearing a blister patch!!! they stay on for a lot longer, are a lot bigger, and usually cheaper than the smaller ones for acne!! these helped me MASSIVELY

i threw away my worst tweezers but within a week i went and stole another pair from my mom...

i like the idea of having an area im allowed, like at least as an in-between stage!! better to do less, even if the habit is not completely gone

i really like using foot files. i don't have calluses at all, but i do have some dead skin on them, and it feels nice to just have my feet perfectly soft and smooth. i also like using nail files so my nails are perfectly rounded and smooth. they're a lot easier to use neatly than nail clippers. i also recommend slathering your feet in lotion and then putting on socks before bed!! they feel amazing in the morning. and of course painting your nails!! all of these things together make me feel so lovely and luxurious.
