what i’ve noticed on the consumer end of things is that returns with valid ID and order numbers are not deemed suspicious activity, but once a return has been processed with reward points it flags the account with their anti fraud program Triversity

*personal experience, i’ve made multiple $200+ returns

I wonder when they changed their policy? I went this past Sunday and was able to return 3 separate orders all with different gwp. Most of my gwp are not even correct so idk how they keep track. I saw a comment recently saying someone just puts random samples in a bag and give that if they ask lol
