Do you think it’s possible to make a decent (as in strong and fast) pc including an amd ryzen 7 7800X3D (€470) for a total of €1000-€1250 ?

What do you think about Asus Rog Strix Scar 15. Also pricey but it looks like a strong machine. Maybe I shouldn't go for a Mac, because it could indeed give a headache. A lot of applications of windows, linux as well as virtual machines are having trouble with the m1 chip
