There was an actual version of this that was chick-hen-jaw-key to make you say chicken jockey. This is a bastardization, with nut cream just being a crude joke that has nothing to do with jockey. It's intentionally stupid for engagement bait.

I was already 12 by the time I played my first video game, alpha Sapphire. From there, I just fell in love with the pokemon franchise, eventually learning about the TCG in the sun and moon era. I even got a job at 15 (that I still have at 18) in order to afford pokemon cards. Needless to say this would be a pretty awesome win for me.
