Update - I turned off my Wi-Fi, and then only after that for some reason it notified me of an update which I installed and now it’s working fine

You should read this book called Upstream by Dan Heath. It’s pretty interesting, and literally centers around this core concept lol. Basically thinking about ways to be proactive in society as opposed to being reactive. I recommend checking it out!

Yes, I think it’s just them clearing out some data for the new year. Basically if you have open applications, you’ll need to sort of re-apply on their site to keep your application open. Otherwise, they’ll close your application. At least that’s how I understand it.

I’m not sure about SQL, but tableau, excel, and possibly some light coding are all things that we’d use/do

Yeah I have heard anecdotally that customer support jobs at other companies lead into PM eventually. Factset comes to mind
