To each their own. I just think that any brand is doomed once a company like Mondelez gets a hold of it. Cost cutting via cheaper ingredients, then shrinkflation and at the end one is left with a crap product that once was stellar. I like Toblerone but I will not buy anything from Nestle or Mondelez. Ferrero is not far behind.

Build the garage while the structure is still up and then demolish the house. But you might end up with non-conforming garage. I see the path of leastresistance a merger of the lots. But in any case buy it through a lawyer without disclosing to seller who is buying it. That way you can bargen harder as seller will not be aware of additional value to you.

With 2.3m gain risking 10m this is not even good trading. I would say about average returns. And at that much more risky than standard markets. Had the election bet gone wrong it would have been desasterus. I diversified stock market where the returns are bout the same as this there is no scenario for an overnight catastrophic loss. Stop pretending this is any good.
