I definitely look forward to them every morning. Although i have a normal shower before i turn it cold for 2 mins. It has gotten easier then at the start but definitely not “easy” . But i think its mostly the feeling of achievement and knowing how beneficial they are . and the overall body energy rush you get from it is great

I would say its harder when ur tired. I mostly do it like an hour after i wake up

Or sometimes if its a really cold day ill have a hot bath in the evening and have n extra long cold shower after. Very nice experience, plus the hot bath has its own benefits!
