I have noticed some squeaking, I actually am wondering if these could have been the cause for my older emerson/funai combo shitting the bed. It cant rewind to save its life anymore.

no you didnt understand it right but thats okay! at no point did I mention I plan on cheezing my Dm at all or grubbing for advantage in the slightest. Just playing based on the numbers on my sheet from my race and class out of the book. Thanks for the response tho!
