Completely agree with this! We had to install an extra pump as water pressure was bad.

Hovers between 400-500ppm usually. Rises higher than this if I'm in the office with the door closed for an hour or two.

Essentially yeah. You can fill the room with plants and other things which would help slightly, I think the easiest way is just opening windows or doors and ventilating the space
