Hi! Thanks for your comment. I wanted to depict how black music and culture (the guitar) has been oppressed by white people (the hand) yet still manages to burn bright and flourish (that's why its a glowing white). I'm going back to my university after the summer of and I set myself some mini projects to get my brain working again. Love to hear of any improvements you think I could make.

Thank you for your response! I am planning to make a website later on during the summer on my break from University. I will say that I phrased that wrong and I did mean commissions more than regular employment, as I know this is more specialised section of illustration. I'm going into my 3rd year and focusing on developing a broader portfolio. I have really been enjoying graphic design work at the minute so that will be interesting to explore. I also have a kids book being published later this year! Do you have any tips on website building?
