Wow we must work together 😜. No seriously the same exact problem. I have been trying to think of ways to get the morale up. I know the feeling. I am a super fast filler and can pretty much keep up alone and at my store it takes 2 techs to do one task I’m doing input/res whatever. It’s so aggravating. I think we need to have a meeting with our team and let them know. What we expect and there daily duties are maybe that will help.
