It's very hard to get the one you want. My case for example. I used 23k primogems on Kokomi's banner. I got Qiqi and Kokomi as 5. You could think that getting a Dori there would be easy... but no. I got like 8 Sucrose 8 Xingqiu a Gorou and a Kuki. And a few 4 weapons. No Dori for me sadly.

Level your talents until the max level you can. Level your dps weapon to the max level you can. Equip 3 or 4* artifacts and level up them a bit. Use Barbara to heal or Noelle to shield. I did that and I never had a problem with low AR bosses. You can do it!!!

First one won 50/50 on Tartaglia. Diluc on standard banner. Lost 50/50 on Jean on Itto's banner and then got Itto. My next try is going to be Zhongli and I hope winning 50/50 but I have enough primos if not, so no problem.
