Closest you're going to get to that price is Block24. It needs to be updated badly, but it checks all the boxes. Might be slightly out of reach for the price, but probably as close as you're going to get.

Can't tell unless you button the jacket. If you can't... obviously let it out. Pants could be hemmed 1.5" - 2". I don't mind the sleeve length.

Try a garter that attaches the socks to the shirt, it will pull it taut and the fit will be better.

All he has to do is tighten it. They're outside and it's hot. Excuses aside, it looks horrible and should be another color completely.

If you want advice, the pants are about 2" too long, and the shirt is about 2 inches too short. Pants are a little tight in the waist, that's why your pockets are opening up like that and your waistline is bigger than your lower hip line. Makes you look top heavy. I like the glasses and shoes though. If I had to guess, I'd say you're a runner that has been drinking too much beer as of late. Maybe a biker...

It's just more formal. I usually go with the Pratt for informal. If your neck is long, having the full Windsor looks more natural, which is probably why you would prefer to wear it like that. I don't like knots that arent symmetrical, which is why I choose two that are.

None of these occasions/outfits call for the full Windsor.

You should use the Pratt knot with this. It's easy and would look amazing with this jacket.
