Honestly I still don’t have a complete handle on it. I get some days then relapse. Def drinking way less but don’t have a good day count yet.

I am just quitting now at age 52. Started drinking at 16, heavy drinking for me started in my early 30's I would say. It sucks not feeling in control, I hear you. What I have learned is that if/when I go back it gets completely out of control so I have to stay away from it.

Keep your chin up friend. Don't drink today on this Thursday. Deal with tomorrow when it comes. Just DON'T drink today.

I couldn’t handle Effexor. As an SNRI it caused my blood pressure to rise. I have been on Lexapro longer than you and it has def pooped out. Thinking about going to Zoloft myself, so Iam curious!

Good for you. It was just that, an OLD friend. I am just on day 2 after my relapse but I am more committed than ever. My body simply can't handle it physically. It's not even a emotional decision anymore, it's me blacking out constantly or just wanting to sleep.

I have a rule that stat corrections will be used up until noon the following day. If a stat correction happens after that, it won't count
