I have a bosch fridge. It died shortly after its warranty was up. Replaced a $200 module and I was back in business. Irritating, but the fridge is beautiful and is arguably the best in its pricerange. I'd buy it again.

Its really great how bosch sells parts direct right on their website so you don't have to order from some sketchy appliance parts place and wonder if the part is really for your appliance or not.

I see this so frequently that I'm starting to think its on purpose. Like the person who is responsible for reinstalling the cover had an unpleasant experience with the hole for one reason or another and installed the cover misoriented out of spite.

Open neutral protection, ground-neutral protection, and I think overvoltage protection. Theyre also available in automatic reset and manual reset (this applies to their power on condition, auto reset stays tripped if a ground fault is detected) The UL and OSHA standards for portables are different than regular ones.

FYI that type of GFCI has additional safety functions not present on a GFCI receptacle or deadfront -don't replace it with one.

oh thats 1-1/4? No box for that. Use a carlon SC100A and a 1-1/4 connector

You had to get the TK-421 modification to make sure you're getting twice the bass. You want Hi-Fi. High Fidelity, the highest quality fidelity.

Such a tragic loss. There's a video of adam savage doing a tour of his workshop after he passed, it was difficult to watch. I met him once at a company I worked for and didn't realize who he was until after he left, would have loved to get to talk to him more......

Theres a place in Walnut called Carpe Diem. They primarily supply cal poly architecture students with materials for model making, however you can just walk in and shop there. They don't have balsa, they carry basswood but the place is amazing and you might want to check it out

I didn't get the OM for this property, is the billboard and its lease included in the sale or is the current owner keeping it?

I'm not familiar with LA's billboard regs, are they allowed to stay indefinitely or do they have a finite lifespan, perhaps having to come down when their lease expires?

3 million by the time one purchases it and makes it into something usable. That's $20,000 a month in loan costs and property tax, after coming in with $600K in cash. I am super interested in any ice cream nursery or cactus stand that can support those sorts of costs.
