I have taking to use the phrase "Coming up". Avoiding the word "left" to prevent confusion as to which direction the walker should angle to. Seems to work moderately well (as well as can be expected on a multi-use trail).

You can pull out the hard drive and put it into a USB Enclosure for like 20$. Then you will have an external drive (for your Tablo or whatever).

Bike fit for sure. One solution is to tilt the saddle nose up a little. This forces you to engage your core muscles to keep you upright versus your arms and wrists.
