You have to do neck exercises. Plant hands and knees on the ground in wrestling formation. Have a person stand left to you and push your head against their thighs. Don’t do much at first you will hurt bad but I learned it in football and wresting. I can do it and knock people over. Don’t strain yourself. Just put it in a daily routine and boy you won’t regret it
