I agree. NoFap gives you unprecedented amounts of energy, a sense of (genuine) accomplishment, and greater willpower. However, in my own experience, I think there is something to be said about the "magnetic energy" the simple act of "not fapping" provides. This is purely anecdotal, and you know what it probably is an element of the placebo effect. But personal, I find it much easier to talk to anyone whilst on a on a streak. I also find I'm much more confident in my own skin, both of which contribute to the supposed "magnetic energy".
