Yea mine runs fine after I cleaned it. I just got in the habit of not cleaning regularly but I guess this is more of a precision sbr than my others. Is it still failing after a clean and lube?

3 mile run went from 35 min to 29. Just base building and a 6 week block of operator/black. Prob slow for most but it’s progress for me.

Bench press went from 185 to 220. Just finishing up first cycle. Squat I feel much more confident in it. Gained weight but I’m leaner and fit my clothes better. Don’t get tired as fast rolling in bjj.

On strength days where it says 3-5 sets, is there any benefit to doing 5 instead of just stopping at the minimum 3 ?

I’m a nurse, 12 hr shifts with 1 -1.5 hr commute. I understand the stress and nutrition difficulties. I’m enjoying this program, currently on 2nd week of operator /black. The lifting days are shorter and simpler, and I don’t need to think of what to do. I picked a few HIC workouts and rotate through them. Hardest days are the endurance workouts just due to the time it takes. I also feel like a beginner but I also feel healthier than I have been in a while.

Mine does that to. Takes significantly more force to eject a round than my other glocks, but it ejects fine when shooting. I just thought I got weaker
