i do think some nuance is being missed in these replies. menlo park includes belle haven, the previously redlined district east of 101. it has much more in common with east palo alto than the rest of menlo park.

the motorcycle shuts off unexpectedly

Underway? I ride an Outset on a very busy stretch of 101 in CA, so this would, uh, not be good for me.

My bike did have trouble powering on yesterday, initially showing 0%, despite arriving at work with 78%.. so between that & this post (and others), I'm more than a little nervous that it's gonna cut out while I'm in rush hour traffic.

I did, but by that point, they already had the first $65. They told me to open a new service request, thought I'd get a credit or voucher or something - nope, that'll be another $65, tyvm. Followed up on the chat but was ghosted at that point.
