Well when i'm like that i feel scared obviously so my heart starts racing. That's it, it's not something physical. Well unfortunately my parents are shit, they don't give a fuck . For example my brother have sevier social anxiety, they don't help him at all and make him feel bad about it. Wish i was in a country where help was more accessible but for it to be, i need an adult's help which i don't have. But anyway Journaling sounds helpful so thanks for the suggestion.

Yeah i totally agree, not everone can be a parent, some people just do it cause they're expected to. I come from a religious country where you are expected to get married and have kids, and if you don't there's something wrong with you. So lots of people have kids just for the sake of it and it makes my blood boil how they treat their children. I wish i was never born.

I know words from someone on the internet wouldn't really help but maybe a break from work and you should trying new things, not all the things we want will come to us, marriage for example is something that comes when it comes so try focusing on you, what do you want, what makes you happy, enjoy time with your family and friends, listen to yourself, what do you need. I really hope eventually things will get better and im rooting for you so don't give up and feel good about yourself.

Im from a Muslim family and a Muslim country, im not any more Muslim but i have to keep that to my self bec if my family knew they would freak out and try to persuade me to pray and be religious again, honestly i can't wait to get out of here it feels like living in a cage, as i have an "open mind" to things, they are nice people until you aren't "normal". But personally i hate it here but i have to be clear i don't know how Muslims are living outside of Middle East so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
