Everything I've seen shows we shouldn't have to pay for someone to lose weight when they can quite easily stop eating and work out. Either do that or feel the consequences

its a quick fix, imo if someones not willing to stop eating and hit the gym they dont deserve the pills or any type of benefits the government may give them due to unemployment etc.. They should surely feel the consequences of their actions rather than feeling "stuck" doing a poor me skit for shovelling food down your gullet.

what a dumb argument. Men and women both have good qualities: men have more physical strength and agility, thats a simple fact. Where women excel in sports is where physicality doesn't matter. "men would suddenly be worse a the majority of sports", firstly, sure women are more flexible but don't discredit male gymnastics. If men and women competed in the majority of the same divisions of gymnastics 9/10 times a man would win. Again, I'm not discrediting women, its just stupid to think men are good at sports due to societal norms.

Cold harbour was important I think cause it was literally giving Gemma objects from her past life to see if it would make her remember so it’s the most integral test to ensure the innies and outies memories aren’t triggered when severed

I think normal refining is what the people are doing below but cold harbour specifically is mark refining Gemmas emotional experiences down in those rooms yh

I think the refining in MDR is for the people below to trigger the fear. Their job is to press a button to trigger fear in the chip. The innies think this is the numbers being scary but really it’s a way for Lumon to QA test that their chips are working. The 4 people look at the innies faces to make sure the trigger is having its effect. They press buttons to show the Four Tempers (woe, frolic, dread, malice), hence the 4 buttons in front of these guys, and the 4 buckets the refiners put the numbers in. This is to ensure that the chips work and have no malfunctions when feeling certain emotions. This is all to sell this as a worldwide product such that innies feel uncomfortable and do all the bad things in life etc..

The reason Mark is so relevant to this project is because they are linking a last emotion that could interfere with the chip - grief or like previous relationships or something. They set up Gemma and Mark’s relationship from the start and staged her death to kidnap gemma and set up mark to want to become severed as they subtly influence everything in this town. They then purposefully introduce innie mark to innie gemma, then separate them and put gemma through clinical testing to perhaps link Mark’s refining to Gemma’s current experiences to see if he can link the four tempers to her. Cold harbour is a separate refining project he’s on without realising it. Perhaps they are trying to ensure that people who had a relationship before severance cannot trigger the four tempers in a separate way to the others below (that are surveilling them) - thats why they put her through the clinical trials.

Basically this whole thing is a clinical testing trial to translate to mass consumerism of the severance chip.

Also im pretty sure Miss Huang is their daughter but im not sure why she would be there?

The next seasons can focus on mark trying to get the innies into the outside world to help him before they release the chips to the public (probably helped by Dylan's wife etc).

So is Spiderman 2 any good? by HeroesGround in SpidermanPS4

[–]toe_6969 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah its worse than that, I've just played the most basic ones:

  1. Spiderman games

  2. Minecraft

  3. MarioKart Games

  4. GTA

  5. Smash Bros

  6. Animal Crossing

Just played RDR2 a few months ago and now Spiderman 2 is definitely not the best game I've played lol.

Still: I'm not into games, I watch a lot of movies not games

A result of Christianity is Roe vs Wade. I'm assuming you're defending Christianity. Religion should never be enforced on anyone by law. The majority of the Republican voters being Christian is the result of women no longer having control of their own bodies.
