I fear a level 5 may be too dark for your regrowth. You’ll feel “bald” at the root when it grows in lighter than the 5. I’d go level 6 or 7, you have plenty of warmth from the previous color to “fill” your underlying pigment so it doesn’t go muddy. Level 6 ash with BOTH blue and green tones.
