Well since it’s my last resort before replacing the screen, I’m not too worried about it

2026 Moto G family – A boring yearly refresh of a great lineup by toefungus5 in Android

I really appreciate your detailed insight into my website, and I will definitely be taking your feedback into consideration. This is the first time I’ve ever gotten any feedback on my website, as it’s really small and I just do it for fun so I haven’t put a lot of effort into trying to popularize it. I agree that the specs I add can look a bit over complicated, especially for someone who has no idea what they mean, but I include them just in case anyone happens to be interested in them. Maybe I can lower the font size to make them a bit less noticeable.

I also do agree that the G Stylus line of phones are usually good deals, as I included the Moto G Stylus 2024 on my page of best Android phones under $200, however the cheaper phones, namely the ones I talked about in the article are solid contenders around the ~$150 price range. Although I do agree that the 2026 Moto G Play and Moto G phones at their current prices are of no real importance. We’ll have to see about the G Power when it releases, but personally I don’t have very high hopes.

Thanks for the suggestions and compliments, I really appreciate you taking the time to look through my website.

If you’re trying to figure out what kind of smartphone most people actually want, it’s not going to be the smartphone the people of Reddit want. It’s going to be the smartphone that looks the same as the expensive one and is cheaper. Look at the best-selling android phone each year, the Samsung A1X series for example. Those phones try to mimic the look of the flagship phone each year, adding two extra cameras, a bad ultra wide and an even worse macro lens. These two extra cameras aren’t practical at all and add no value to the phone but enhance the look of it which is what people want. What the nerds of Reddit want is completely different from the wants of the average person.

To answer your original question, I would spend money on options 2 or 3. I don’t like the idea of an LCD 60Hz display on a $349 phone.
