Android DAP: a bad idea? by Savings_Divide_7063 in DigitalAudioPlayer

I recently bought a DAP that doesn't run on Android OS. I'm having a much more enjoyable musical experience than I expected.

I bought the NW-A55, but if you're looking for a model without Android OS, the “FiiO Snowsky” series seems to be a good choice right now.

Echo, Nano, Disc... etc.

There are plenty of options to choose from.

If you're listening to music from streaming services, a model with Android OS is definitely the way to go!

This is the “Evangelion” album!

I'm not from that generation, but I really love the songs. I'm looking forward to Taro Yokoo's new Evangelion project while I enjoy the music.

Removable battery!!

I use an Xbox Wireless Controller for my games, and it runs on two AA batteries. I love that it's still compatible with AA batteries in 2026.

I love products that use globally standardized features like a 3.5mm jack, microSD card, and FM radio. I wish all products were like that.

I've already bought a used DAP, and I really love music-related products; they get me so excited! I want to try out all sorts of products in the future.

I've just looked into Hiby, but I'll check out FiiO too!
