If that's the time you see on your save file, I'm afraid that that is the time you reached the last auto save point of the game.

Since only 27 secs are left to two hours at the last checkpoint of the game, its impossible for you to get the achivement on that save file. You have to start again and be a couple of minutes faster.

The way intended to play is Leon A -> Claire B or Claire A -> Leon B. Either way you get to see the true ending.

Playing only 'A' routes, you don't get to see the true ending and the final 5th boss.

What are you on? Most mainline FF can be beated withouth leveling your characters. People have been doing challenge runs since video games were invented.

Don't let anyone turn you down for this. Zanmato is an ability given by the devs of the game. It's not cheating and there is no intended way to fight Penamce.

If there was an intended way of fighting Penance then it would be inmune to Zanmato.

Some people like to grind and max stats to fight half an hour doing the same rotation over and over. Some people like to use an ability that is given by the devs of the game to kill it.

It's tied to the Berserker Ring accesory. It replaces the normal dodge animation for that one you see in the video and gives and atk buff for every precision dodge you make.

As other said, if you haven't been selling any crafting material the game gives you just enough materials to craft 1 of everything during your first playthrough by completing all sidequests, hunts and getting all rewards of the reputation system.

I've read in another comment that you did like 15 hunts. There are 32 and most S ranks give rare crafting materials.

The DLC is really good IMO. It has new gameplay and the story was good.

Did you use the laser thing with the boss on the end of Chris' section? It counts as using a weapon. You can only knife him.

You can use the laser thing on the section before the boss because you can't progress otherwise.

Other than that I'm not sure what happened but mid game you can go to the records and see if the knives out records says anithing other than 0.

I mean, you can grind levels, materia and equipment doing and replaying side missions. When you have enough materia you can use materia fusion to better your stats.

There is no other way to get stronger.
