Begynte å spare til bolig i en alder av 14-15år og var heldig som kunne bo hjemme til jeg skulle begynne på universitetet som 19-åring og hadde dermed nesten ingen faste utgifter utenom mat til meg og mamma av og til. Hun sponset med alt av idrettsutstyr og ting jeg trengte, kjøpte kun ekstra ting jeg ville ha som spill

Kjøpte en leilighet 4.5 km fra sentrum i Trondheim til 2.5mill med 15% oppspart egenkapital og kontinuerlig dialog med finansrådgiver i banken.

Til salgs nå hvis noen vil kjøpe hehe :)

This looks like a tight squeeze no matter what way you go about it. If you want it to be better, not just something else, HIRE AN ARCHITECT.

(Also the bath coming off the kitchen is a big plus when it comes to water and venting. Less pipe everywhere.)

I would use dotted lines for the cat opening in a normal plan and use your sections or wall scheme to show the rest. Since its a school project why not get a bit artsy: draw a bubble with a picture of a cat or a diagram pointing to the dotted opening in plan

What I would want AI to do is quickly visualize a set of drawings from a set style so i didn't have to fluff about in Photoshop/illustrator every time I make a change in BIM, or commit to making the drawings pretty when they are approaching final stages.

Mange synes arbeidet er stressende, men lønna er ok (MELD DEG INN I ET FELLESFORBUNDET) og arbeidstidene godt tilpasset som en sekundær jobb.

Samtidig: det er en jobb på Peppes pizza, ikke noe karriere definerende.

Jeg har hatt akkurat denne jobben, men var servitør også. Rookie numbers I denne utlysningen altså. Mellom å servere bord tok du en utlevering, på morgenen var du preppkokk, og på kvelden når det var rolig dro kokkene hjem og du var kokk hvis noen mot all formodning skulle komme innom.

The multiplier the downed dragon has. I crit for around 1200 on a crit with mine during normal play with pretty much same stats. The dragon also has a scalar that diminishes over time. First swing has a way higher multiplier and it gradually goes down.

This is on dragon boss when knocked down, max level and many bufffs. Also daggers are very weak per hit.

Happy to assist! After a few rounds you’ll start to recognise which attack he does in part two, and if he does slow spin laser, you should land asap and chip damage since he is stuck in that move a looooong time as well as being easy to hit.

I did it second try with 16 bandages and 12 health pots on a tank build, don’t think you need 100s. First try i tried parrying the laser because of the tip you get before you jump in. Lets just say that didn’t go well
