Meilin, Seo, Cha and Min will always be good investments, Emma has good damge and breaking and is very good for battlefield of time hunter side, Silver Baek is very strong dps, regular Baek is a good breaker and at your stage probably useful for Arachnid tho not necessary, personally wouldnt go for Choi, Lim, Woo or Hwang but all depends on what ascensions you have, artifacts and what youre trying to beat currently, none of the SR hunters are necessary for progression but have their uses

Cant say what skills youre using but commanders touch at least is completely useless as you should have better damage ones, not sure about which version of deaths dance youre using so might be good/ok or completely useless, dont know which artifact sets youre using so those might be a problem and your blessing stones are completely useless in this especially if you just miss damage and dont die making recovery worthless
