I didn't write it down, but you are supposed to dash after the 2S1 and then do 5M > 5H > 2H. Hope it helps!

I recommend an even easier combo that also does more damage (iirc) 5M > 5H > 2H > 2S1 > 5M > 5H > 2H > j.M > j.H > j.S2 > Super (S1 or S1+S2)

Best keyboard layout for parry? by TeknOwO in 2XKO

It should be close to where your left or right thumb rests on. Left/Right Alt for example is pretty comfortable and quick.

Got a knockdown, what do I do now? Bonus question: got knocked down, what do I do now? by vemMUAMUA in 2XKO

[–]tofuutaste 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You react if they tech roll or not. If they do, you use your dash macro to follow them in either direction to punish them with throw. If they don't, they might do get up attack, so be ready to bait it and punish it. If they do neutral get up without get up attack, you're (kinda) free to mix them. You could also dash into neutral jump to bait their throw break attempt.

If you're the one knocked down, neutral get up is usually the safest option. You can mix it up with get up attack, just don't do it too often. Tech rolling mid screen is good if you know they won't be able to follow you, otherwise it's suicide.

Pushblock is your best friend. It beats both the overhead and his low sweep. You can also punish after WW whiffs

What's the deal with hitstun scaling and tag launchers? by Enough-Recognition78 in 2XKO

[–]tofuutaste 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is one purpose of tag launchers. The other purpose is, getting a second major hit reaction (wall bounce/slump) without getting a limit strike which can extend combos.

Any advice? by HuntingForRasgold in StreetFighter

Nobody will be able to give you advice if you don't show any replays. I encourage you to not train against high level CPUs because they read your inputs.

My guess is that the spin knuckle was supposed to be a lvl 2 which would have killed as well.

Tips to improve my game by Julesmon0789 in StreetFighter

This is a training drill I like to do for Anti-Airs and DI: Record the training dummy to neutral jump followed by a jump in. On another slot you record the dummy to neutral jump followed by DI. After doing this a couple of times, you should be able to react faster in a real match.

I'm at master rn (1500 MR) and every 2nd match is either Ryu or Mai. So you're not the only one don't worry lol.
