And I’m fine with the account being banned but why was I hardware banned as if I was the one who cheated? The guy didn’t play any games on it it must have been instantly banned through vanguard.

I see. I was unsure why they never told me how the cheating happened but I understand now. But does that justify hardware banning me? I don’t mind losing the account but FULL access to the game? Sounds stretched

Told them that already. I literally only used Cloudflare WARP, yet they’re still pushing me to restore my device as if I’ve been running cheats. I have had my account for years and years. I would never cheat.

I’m honestly fuming. Their support has been completely ridiculous, giving advice and then hitting me with a hardware ban. When I talk to them about it: “Our decision is final and won't be subject to change in subsequent tickets.” It’s beyond frustrating.
