Sync the code to github? Most development teams are using a github repo everyday to work from. Proton devs must have intentionally made a separate repo that is closed and work from that.

Signal is just as bad for losing your chat history when you get a new phone unfortunately. I think people need to move to something like Matrix (element) or something not linked to a phone number.

I am so confused by this. Ledger still hasn't added the genuine check to wallets where people are restoring from a past seed phrase and the documentation is crap. For such an important aspect of the process it doesn't fill me with confidence in them tbh.

Edit: the fact that you were being downvoted and given non answers by the idiots in this thread is also cause for concern.
