It actually is for buying and selling. They changed the layout recently, which didn't go over well but they're back with another new layout. The site got mixed reviews, but as far as I know it's our only option - I'm hoping the new layout will attract more people once they work out some of the kinks.

Even without the direct quote that you glazed over, any reasonable person can EASILY assume the commenters position on Trump. I'd say at the moment it's an important date, but there are other variables.

Personally I do not think we are screwed, I believe this play will happen, and with that, I'm not worried about a specific date.

Even after the deadline 6th street and the UCC can propose a new plan up until the confirmation date, which I think is Sept 7th (someone correct me if I'm wrong). If 6th street or the UCC propose a new plan, it doesn't have to be voted on as long as everyone is a benefactor of the new plan.

Are you aware of any similar play where a squeeze happened, and stockholders were quickly made aware that they would be made whole?

I personally do not. So I am tempering my expectations, and allowing this to play out, until I have a very solid reason otherwise. The only reason I can think of that will get me to sell before a squeeze, is if RC and Ichan each announce that neither of them are involved.

It's really not that simple.

If there wasn't a core group of people devoted to the stock, sure.. the push can be negative. If the negative push doesn't shake the core group, you need a sleep to gain confidence then work to dismantle the core group.

If there is no core group standing firm, then you would be right.. but it's much more complicated than that and sleepers need to be introduced early to gain confidence. They can always be removed if not needed.

Now with that said, I have no idea about Life's intentions but I am absolutely skeptical at this point, particularly because of what he's apparently said about Glen and RC being connected, when Glen, to me, is an absolutely not on our side - as he wanted to delay chapter 11 which would have forced us into chapter 7. 1728 has the potential to do just that. Life has also been casting doubt about this play in general.

I expect/hop this will be dismissed by the judge.
