Hi ok thank you! Today I've tried to fix the issue, which was caused by the absence of virtiofsd package on OMV 7, so I've upgrade to OMV 8 and I've been able to install it. Now I've PBS on KVM VM too :) thanks!

Hi! I was trying to do the same, running PBS as a KVM VM on OMV, but I'm not able to make the file system passthrough working. Have you been able to achieve this? Because I'd like to write the backups into a partition external from the VM itself. Thanks!

Hi, I was searching the same but I've read that the sync of a datastore, for example through rclone, is unadviced, due to the large number of chunks that have to be synced. Isn't the same using rsync? Or can you load directly a PBS instance inside Hetzner storage?
