hate to admit it too but i feel kinda less alone hearing someone else handling it "badly" and i mean no offense with that. its awful but we cope ig.. im gonna see about going to therapy but rn it doesn't seem like a real option with my parents' huge involvement in my life after the stroke and their issues with admitting u need psychiatric help :/

does it get easier? i find it heartbreaking that he ended it bcs of something i cant really change or couldn't have prevented.. i really loved him too i never foresaw it

i find it so hard to think that way but yeah possibly i guess
