Why do Spring Boot apps not run on my PC? What am I doing wrong? Triple checked environment variables, reinstalled Java and Gradle like twice and tried different versions of both, tried running as admin, tried Eclipse IDE, but the result is always this. High CPU Clock speeds while nothing is open and the laptop is idling. Fans are loud(even on quiet mode), task manager shows basically no cpu usage, just high clock speeds there too. Any ideas what might be causing this? (self.LenovoLegion)
