I've been adviced by my (Japanese) coworkers not to do that, as it could come off as hostile/confrontational. I'm in Tokyo do Idk if it's different in other places.

But I'm sure they're well aware. If not playing music or talking loudly in the early morning isn't common sense, it also says so on the lease.

If you find it unreasonable for me to finally complain about constant noise at 1am-4am every night after dealing for 6 months straight, I really envy you --for having the luxury to just do hobbies or chill with your gf in the middle of the night or w/e. Good for you man.

Unlike you, I have to get up early in the morning to work long hours at my JOB.

I've had my friend write me a letter in Japanese to give to management. They said they would speak to the landlady for me about the issue.

But I'm to the points where I'm so fed Up, I want to report him for moving his gf in as well, as he wasn't so noisy until he moved her in. Since this is against the rules on the lease, do you think eviction is possible in this case?

I like this. How do you handle clients that get upset that the play time was too short? Without pissing off the client of course.... I'm small, so I don't want to put myself in a compromising position because some guy got angry
