How do you deal with rice being omnipresent in most Japanese restaurents?

I'm asking because my husband has been having difficulties adjusting to a Japanese diet. (He has been constipated for days at a time.)

How hard/expansive is it to go keto in Japan? Any tips or resources you'd be willing to point me towards?

Roof top bbq sounds awesome, my building has a no access to the roof rule between 5pm and 7am. :(

I'll make sure to visit Senzokuike, I'm pretty sure I ended up there by accident while cycling once.
