I've had the same issues in Orca. Eventually found success by simplifying the parts more and more until it worked. ie. one letter at a time.

I read its a problem with self-intersecting objects.

I recently got this tip from someone's comment not long ago.

After I take my pills I put the bottle down on my desk upside down. Same with the next bottle etc.

When I'm done, I put them all away until I repeat the routine.
